Calendars
Connect a calendar and Callfidence sends its consent officer into the meetings you choose. Read-only. Connecting the other provider also links it to this account, so you can sign in with either.
Your calendars
Toggle auto-join per calendar, or open Advanced to set who the officer joins — by scope, by title filter, or with your own join / skip rules.
Fallback for calendars using defaults
A calendar without its own Advanced override uses these. Set a scope, an optional title filter, or build join / skip rules that apply across all such calendars.

Your standing agreement to the Callfidence default NDA. While active, you're pre-agreed in every meeting that uses these terms — the officer skips prompting you.

Voice commands
Give the officer a wake word so you can ask it to do things mid-call — just by speaking. It listens on the same transcript it already uses for consent, so there's no extra setup.
Talk to the officer
Turn on in-call commands and choose the phrase that wakes the bot. During a call, say the wake word followed by your request.
What the officer can do
Pick the actions the officer is allowed to run when you ask. Only enabled tools can be triggered by voice.

Draft a branded invite to bring colleagues onto Callfidence. Opens in your mail app — nothing is sent from here. Teammates already on Callfidence at your domain are pre-filled.
